Frankies' Cleaner's is located in histroic Maverick Square. Cappuccio Construction completed the contracted business facade improvements while maintaining the additional constraints of construction in histroic district.
Cappuccio Construction was also contracted for re-construction of 35 Bennington Street to make the changes to accommodate a new business.
Cappuccio Construction was rated by Boston Main Streets with the higest rating excellent for this project and is an approved contractor for the City of Boston/ Boston Main Street.

Several years ago we were in need of some very special and specific wooden screens for our International Ballroom. Given that we were not able to purchase these as a standard stock item, we decided to have them custom made and gave Cappuccio Construction a call to give us a price estimate on the work required.
When dealing with Neffo, I felt he truly understood our needs and what we wanted and needed to accomplish with these screen. He listened to not only myself but our Director of Property Operations as well to get a very clear understanding as to what we were looking for.
I always felt that we had made the right decision in selecting Cappuccio Construction and when the very first Prototype arrived, we all knew that decision was not only correct but was then the only choice we could make. The quality of the screen, the matching stain coloration, the craftsmanship were impeccable.
If you are not familiar with the hotel business, these screens are moved around every day and could easily get scuffed, scratched or damaged. The way in which these were carefully constructed, avoids anything actually touching the screen itself. They were designed with bumper guards around the base of the screens so that they do not get bumped or scratched.
Selecting Cappuccio Construction to design and construct these screens was the perfect choice for the Hilton Boston Logan Airport.
